available: september 01, 2017 (preferable august 19th) the master suite is available with connected private bathroom in this 'gramercy' apartment. roommate will have access to the common areas of the apartment including the living room and kitchen. living room and kitchen are fully furnished. ideally, i’m looking for someone to stay for a one-year term, a non smoker, and not too noisy. please note, i will require one-month's security deposit.apartment: private, quiet, spacious and newly constructed building / apartment (opened 1-year ago). close to the secaucus train station which accessible via shuttle (provided by the building) or walkable. the building offers many amenities including; fitness and wellness center (cardio, yoga, and spinning studios), roofdeck with pool, areas for entertaining and outdoor space.
about me: i am a young professional woman, early thirties, looking for a respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible (all utilities are split 50/50). i work in midtown as an interior designer and typically work late 2-3 times a week. i have a small dog so must be pet-friendly.
