hi!

i am looking for someone to take over my lease as of april 1st (move in date is flexible). the apartment complex is called townvue located in upper queen anne. it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and located on the 4th floor. the nearest bus lines are the #3 and #4. rent includes wifi (my roommate covers the utility bill). we don't have cable tv (just bunny ears to access local channels). the lease would be up for renewal in november.

pictures are attached. the room can be furnished or not. the furniture is from ikea. if you think it would be a good fit, email me and we can set up a time if you wanted to check out the place. :)
