hi! i am a 21 year old student at seattle u. my roommate and i are both junior nursing students. we are looking for a 3rd roommate for our 3 bedroom apartment by september. our lease starts sept 1 and is 12 mo lease.we want to live with another student preferably one who goes to su because our apartment is so conveniently located across the street from su! but e-mail me if you are interested!!!
3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. the kitchen just got redone with new cabinets and stuff. it's really nice! rent will be divided between the three of us. for you, it will be a little under 650 but including utilities i estimated that it will be about that much!
we are both really friendly/people-persons/like to have fun and we are looking for a fun roommate! we are also very serious students and will be studying...a lot...during the week. we want someone who can keep their space clean and who is respectful of other peoples things-just like we are.
