condo has large modern kitchen..spacious living room and dining room area with large windows with the most awesome view of lake union...in the hills, in a very nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking..rarity in cap hill..bus line on corner too..8 min from downtown and space needle.

the advantage is you dont have to pay lots to move in, most places ask for ,first, last month and security..that would cost almost anyone almost $3000!
