i am looking for a new roomie to fill the first floor room in a large, 3 story, 3 bedroom house.the room is on the first floor, has it's own bathroom, is the only bedroom on the floor, and has it's own door to the outside as well.
the second floor is a huge common room with a large screen tv, couch, poker table, and a massive board game collection
there is also a full kitchen with a high end gas oven and stove, microwave, rice maker, garbage disposal, and a very nice refrigerator
the house has high speed internet, clothes washer and dryer, an xbox 360 with rockband, and two other roomies (third floor).
we're both fairly clean and friendly and a little nerdy; but if you like board games, video games, or playing rpgs, you will definitely love it here.
the house has forced-air heating on the first floor, and in-floor heating on the second floor common room.
we're right near roosevelt and lake city, so we're just up the road from the uw, extremely convenient to i-5 and aurora, and close to a large amount of bus lines, including many to the uw and downtown.

note: we only allow pets if they are confined to the room and not smelly/messy.
