i am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. your lease would be six months, then month-to-month after with the possibility of a longterm extension.the condo is conveniently located at 19th and denny. the bus system is excellent and provides approximately a 10 - 15 minute bus ride to downtown, south-lake union, the university of washington, and volunteer park. madison valley and 15th ave are accessible by walking or bus and are filled with restaurants, bars, and shopping.
the condo:
2 bedroom/2 bath.
located on the top floor (3rd floor).
tiled entryway and kitchen. the rest of the condo, including the bedrooms, are carpeted.
front load washer and dryer.
modern stainless steel appliances including microwave, fridge, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, dual sink, and garbage disposal.

balcony with full sliding door.

about me:
i am fairly quiet, don't typically have visitors, and keep a tidy kitchen/living room. i work a lot and am generally out on the weekends, so i primarily use the condo for breakfast, dinner, and sleeping. i prefer a roommate that is also fairly quiet, especially during the week. i am a 27 year old male and open to all applicants.
