we are looking for someone to share a house with us in the great neighborhood of matthew's beach.a private 1 bedroom and full bathroom on the ground floor would be all yours!
$800/month + utilities
we live in the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs, above the garage.
the common areas include a large, bright upstairs living room + eat in kitchen.
skylight and working fireplace in living room. hardwood floors in kitchen. updated finishes and appliances.
there is a small-fenced in yard with a deck attached to the kitchen.
brand new carpet throughout house.
one-car garage, where the washer and dryer live.
house is less than a block away from entrance to matthew's beach park.

easy parking in driveway or on sand point way.
a bit about us: we are both young professionals, working full time+ at a restaurant. have 2 cats, that typically stick to us. we like to keep shared areas very clean. we love to cook for ourselves and others. occasional dinner guests, family in town.
we also have some furniture, plus lots of awesome kitchen things to share.
