hello,
we rent a 4 bedroom apartment and currently have one room open. our third roommate is moving out on september 1st because of school so there will be two rooms available then. there is only one bathroom but is kept very clean and there are not any access issues. the rent is $450 a person which includes heat and gas, so you only then have to pay electric, cable/internet, and food; and we would like a month and a half deposit. we live in seaside heights, nj and are a block and a half from the beach. the lease is up in april 2011 but would like to renew the lease at that time. we can easily fit 6 cars in the driveway. we all work 60+ hours a week and are very respectful of each other. one of use is 20, 21 and the other is 22 years old and like to enjoy ourselves. please email me back at [email protected] with more information about yourselves and your situation if you are interested.
