hi, i have a room in my home for rent, we are two women, mother and daughter. i am a professional women of 57. my daughter is 22 and a student in college. we are both very easy going. my home is clean and our small dog and 2 shy cats are well behaved and friendly. we are looking for a person with a similar lifestyle as our own, "which is very busy". our home is comfortable and pretty. the kitchen has all modern appliances and laundry privileges are included. the bathroom is shared but directly across from the room available. the room is not big but has good light. it has an air conditioner, wall to wall carpeting and has been freshly painted. cable tv and internet service is included. you must provide your own bedroom furniture, but a tall chest is available if needed. limited storage is also available in the garage. there is a deck overlooking our big beautiful backyard, so an outside smoker is ok. the house is in a very safe and nice residential area and is very convenient to everything including the parkways. the rent is $650.00 monthly and an additional security deposit of $650.00 is required along with personal references. the room is ready so occupancy can be as soon as february 15th or march 1st, whichever you prefer. if you would like to see the room, please contact me, my email is [email protected]. photos and a more detailed description available upon request.
