hello! i'm looking for a roommate to move in 12/1/15. open to 6 or 12 month subletting lease terms.
i live in the highlands apartment homes in north scottsdale off the 101 and flw. i have a 3 bedroom and i am currently in the middle bedroom. i am looking to have one or two roommates move in. rent of $850 is for the master with private bath if we can't find a 3rd roommate. 3rd bedroom with shared bath is also available.
includes cable, internet, water, trash and complex fees. hoping we can split electricity. complex has 3 pools (one heated), cabana with 2 grills and 2 tv's as well as a small gym.
also open to keeping the 3rd bedroom as an office but would love to have all 3 rooms occupied and both our rent can decrease.

i'm a 29 year old female who moved to az from pa 2 years ago. have a great price on rent and not wanting to give up my apartment after my roommates move out on 11/30/15. i am super organized, clean and love to cook. busy work schedule in the healthcare industry.
