hello! i just moved into an older home on an acre, right on the phoenician golf course. it's in the best location in the valley, a block away from fashion square mall and old town scottsdale! i am looking for another laid back, respectful roommate for at least 6 months, so that i can get some projects done around the house! if we get along famously, this can always be extended. it's a large place with plenty of privacy available. you must be financially accountable, as i will not chase down rent!! i'm an independent contractor in the software industry, and i work from home, so the house is safe! you can't beat the views of the golf course and camelback mountain out back. very quiet neighborhood too. this is a fixer-upper, so if you can handle home improvements in progress, great! it needs more furniture, so yours is welcome for living areas and extra bedrooms. hopefully, you are the outgoing, social type, as i intend on having friends over for pool parties and bbq's occasionally! let me know if you want to check it out! i'm here during the week all day. we can arrange for weekends as well. chris
