i am renting a large bedroom in my newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000 sq. ft. house for $600 per month rent plus half utilities. the rest of the house is furnished, but the bedroom is not. the picture above is of the kitchen. once i figure out if i can upload more photos of the house, i will! its really nice! the bathroom is shared with any guests that you or i would have, so for the most part, it is your bathroom!

i am a 28 year old female who works mon-fri 8-6 and enjoy going out on the weekends. i do also like having friends and family over. there are no other roommates, so it would be the two of us!

the house is in a great location, near hayden & oak (just north of mcdowell). it’s about five minutes to old town scottsdale, tempe marketplace, mesa riverview, asu, and the airport is only about 15 minutes. there is a really nice hot tub in the backyard also! i am in the process of redoing the landscape this winter as well. literally, everything in this house is new and remodeled!

a $250 deposit and a background check will be required. no pets. one year lease preferred.
