i am a young female who owns a house. looking for someone to rent out my extra room so moneys not so tight for me. i have a 2yr old son who lives with me full time. i also have 2 chihuahuas, a cat and some fish. it's only a one bathroom it's large and plenty of room for all your things. the bedroom is on the small side but it would work just fine. my house is fully furnished so all you need to have is your personal things and a bed/dresser. it's only a one car garage and only one care width driveway but both cars can fit. i have no problem parking on the street in summer. if you have a kid, i have a decet yard with a swing/slide/sandbox. also i have 3 parks all within 2 blocks (one which includes a grade school) and very close to both wausau aquatic centers. very safe and quiet neighborhood. rent would be $300 plus half utilities (heat and electric have been about 250 in winter and 130 in summer) anymore questions let me know!
