we are a young married couple looking to rent a room in the house we just purchased. rent will be $300 a month plus a third of the monthly utilities. the lease is initially 3 months with the option to go month-to-month after that point. we are seeking either a grad student or a young professional. you have a choice of one of two rooms on the second floor, one slightly smaller than the other, the smaller having a closet. laundry is available on the 2nd floor, full access to a gorgeous kitchen, dining room and living room. parking is plentiful on the street at all times. we have 3 cats and a 10 gallon fishtank. we are not looking for anymore animals within the house. our cats are very personable and not aggressive in anyway. we are expecting our first child in april and occasionally will have a social gathering at our house. you are welcome to attend any and all get-togethers. he is a computer gamer and she is a star trek nerd. please note that if you intend to stay past april, you will be sharing the house with a newborn. we are selective about who we invite into our home so please expect a meet and greet before we would ask you to move in. house is ready to move into immediately, must provide your own furnishings(bed/desk/etc) for room.
