i have a room vacancy to offer in my very clean 2 bdrm apartment (located within the schaumburg, il's savannah trace apartment complex - www.savannahtraceapts.com). it has within the unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (to be shared), carpeting, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, free washer/dryer for laundry, and a balcony.within the entire apartment complex, there is a pool available in the summer, tennis courts, gym facility, and a clubhouse (all of whose access and use are included in rent for tenants). rent for the 10' by 10' bedroom is about $500.00/mth, with utilities of gas, electricity, and cable extra (they can vary, but are usually not more than $100.00 or so).
the complex is close enough to easily access i-290, i-355, i-294, and i-90. a metra station is less than 10 minutes away, also. ikea, medieval times, and woodfield mall are within 15 minutes of driving distance, and there are several places nearby for shopping and dining.
