i have a master suite in 2,000 sq ft pool home available starting june 9th. house is 5 minutes from 75, 10 minutes to university, 20 from beaches. pub lix, winndixie, target and several other small businesses only a short drive away or walk/bike ride away. in a great neighborhood, the groves. utilities are included in the rent. must be a dog lover as i have one dog that has free roam of the house, he loves people. room has a couch/bed/computer desk in it already. plenty of space in walk in closet for clothes and shoes.
