private furnished room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath. you will need at least first and last, to move in, and to stay ahead on rent, or you will get your month's notice, which will be honored, and you can trust in good faith that your privacy is respected here.

you'll need your own sheets and pillows for the bed. we will need a copy of your id. single occupancy preferred. you can bring your furniture into the room if you are a great long term fit. only small pets might be considered. will consider a couple for $560.

the price includes water, electric, and internet at 6mbps. drunks and narcotic addicts, please stay away. also, i'm quite intolerant of fragrances/deodorants/perfumes/colones/scents/etc, so if you're into that, please move on... definitely no deodorized dryers sheets allowed, and i'd prefer if you used hypoallergenic detergent, but that might not be necessary. you must clean up after yourself as you go about your day, 420 is ok.

there is a semi-retired female in the other room, but her moving out (if she does) would not affect your part of the rent. i'm staying out on the couch, but that doesn't mean that you have to be quiet when utilizing the kitchen/laundry, feel free, anytime.
