$ 700/100ft2 - private room in single family house (santee, san diego, ca)we have a single, private, furnished room with shared bathroom to rent in our four-bedroom, two-bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood in santee, ca, in the east of san diego county. the room has a new bed and mattress, closet, ceiling light and fan, and can be additionally furnished if required.
the house has central air conditioning and heating. use of kitchen, living room, large backyard, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, wifi. on-street parking in front of the house is always available. the room is 100 ft2 and it is available now.
we are a friendly and professional couple with two children (10 and 12), and are looking for a clean, quiet, non-smoker, to share our home. graduate students or international students would be welcome. must like cats and pets, but please no additional pets.
the house is near to the freeway access, 5 minutes from santee town center, and trolley station. easy access to stores, restaurants, ymca and swimming pool.
the monthly rent is $700. first rent plus $500 deposit is required at move in. utilities included.
