my five year-old daughter and i live in a nice and quiet hoa neighborhood in a 3br/2ba house that is 1,304 sqft in size. we have a spacious garage with plenty of storage space and right outside the back fence is the neighborhood's pool and playground. we also have central air conditioning and heating.the room for rent is $700 with an additional flat rate of $100 to cover all utilities, hoa fee, cable, and high speed wireless internet for a total of $800 on the 1st of each month.
i prefer only women apply and no pets please. you will have your own full bathroom that you'll only be sharing with my daughter. inside the room is a nook that provides closet space and an outdoor patio which is accessed through a sliding glass door. you will also have access to the closet right outside of the room.
i can make arrangements for you to move in anytime between now and january 2012. the room will be mainly unfurnished, but the bed that is already in the room can either stay or go depending on what you need.
no smoking is allowed inside. if you need to smoke, i ask that i be done outside on the patio. the house is not '420' friendly. a $500 security deposit and background/credit check will be required prior to moving in.
