hello great renters!!starting end of sept or oct 1st! open ended.
i am renting out my beautiful fully furnished master bedroom with own bathroom in the beautiful complexes of valencia vistas. it is right off the fwy 14, 15 min to valencia, canyon country, sylmar, san fernando, stevenson ranch, 30 min to la (very commutable) and near all colleges, gas stations, valencia mall, churches, groceries, target, walmart, many shopping and metrorail. the other room has been occupied with a good, respectable secure tenant for 2 years. the price includes, wifi, basic cable channels, free open parking, pool, jacuzzi, patio with beautiful view, full kitchen, laundry, fully furnished bedroom, living space and the best thing is the view of the canyons and sunsets all around! water and electric are separate depending on how much the tenant uses (not too expensive).
all i ask is to be very respectful, mindful, quiet, responsible for share of the condo, no smokers(incl pot), drugs, alcohol drinkers, partys, overnight guests, pays rent first of every month and a deposit depending on length of stay.
you won't want to miss this place! it really is a fabulous place to live!
