i have a large room for rent on plum canyon in santa clarita. i currently own a 5 bedroom 3 bath house that has 3100 sq ft living area and over a 16k sq ft lot. the house is huge with only me and my uncle living in it. i'm rarely at the house and usually only home on the weekends due to work. i have a pool table room and currently a work out room down stairs that you would be allowed to use.

you would have free range of the house minus a few bedrooms, give me a shout quick because i'm looking to fill this room quickly.
