i am renting a room in a three bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. i work full time m-f as a credit analyst. my place is not a party space. you should be employed as well. no couch potatoes collecting a check running up my utilities. i smoke however outside. i don't drink or party. i'm very much into technology. i'm looking for a trust worthy roommate who has a stable income, is not insane, i wont have to clean up behind. i keep bugs out by keeping my place clean. i don't have pets and don't want any. i love animals but i dont want my place smelling like one. i just moved in so the apartment still has that "new" scent to it. serious inquiries only. asking for 3 weeks rent (300) as a security deposit to move in. if you're younger then 18, older than 40, unemployed, have pets or more than one child then this is not for you. i'm a fairly private person and respect the privacy of others as well. email [email protected] or text/call 646-320-5341 with a detailed message including when you are looking to move in.
