laid back, 26 year old looking for room mate near miramar mcas. i don't mind if you are male,female, gay or straight. i don't judge or care. ((military preferred but professional ok...21-30)) i am new to the san diego area and i am looking for a room mate. i was supposed to share this apartment with someone but due to unforeseen circumstances, plans changed and they were unable to move-in. the apartment is fully furnished, the bedroom i am renting is not but i can furnish depending on how long you'll stay. i have the master bedroom. the 2nd bedroom is pretty big and the 2nd bathroom is not ensuite. washer and dryer are in the apartment. all utilities are included. i am also ok with sharing my groceries as long as we agree on shopping duties. i am not vegetarian or vegan. i do keep alcohol in the house so 21+ preferred. you would have to be ok with cats. i don't have one yet but i am planning on getting one eventually. i'd be ok if you have a cat as long as it doesn't scratch or claw on the furniture. smoking isn't allowed on the premises. i promise i didn't make that rule! **** i would love if someone were to move in right away.*** i will pro-rate the rent depending on move-in date. and i do ask for a deposit. i do require a bit of information if i decide on you but nothing too invasive (ex. references, dos). i am on the 4th floor of the apartment building but there is an elevator. assigned parking is on 4th floor. i am on a day's schedule (6am-4pm). the $1200 mentioned in the post would be what you would pay a month and it covers your half of the rent, utilities, internet bills.
