will be moving back home, looking for someone to takeover my lease this november 1st 2015 to july 2016. the reserve is the apartment complex. it's the 3 bedroom, w/washer and dryer, fridge, furnished rooms (w/dresser, desk, and bed) with your own restroom/bathroom, closet for $510 (+insurance). will have 2 roommates. bus transportation for school.

in all honesty, looking for a cool dude for my roommates (that are engineer majors) they are my best friends and wouldn't want to leave them with someone who causes trouble.
