seeking professional, mature roomates (male or female welcome) to share 4 bed, 3 bath, 2400 ft. sq. house in san tan valley. split floor plan. conveniently located, not way out in the sticks. grocery store, convenience store and drug store within walking distance. other shopping within 5 miles. 2 upstairs bedrooms are available at this time. bedroom 1 measures 11ft x 11ft (not including closet)and has a walk in closet. bedroom 2 measures 11ft x 12 ft (not including closet) and has a large sliding door closet. plenty of room for the entire wardrobe in either room. ceiling fans in both rooms. plenty of outlets for all the electronic gadgets.rooms are unfurnished. all utilities included. shared living room, loft area, kitchen, laundry and large (corner lot) back yard. wifi access and satellite tvwith premium channels included (add $20 for personal receiver in bedroom). both rooms will share one bathroom. 3rd bath is located down stairs and available for all to use. loft area is currently unfurnished, so if you have a couch or entertainment center, this can be set up in the loft. storage is not available on property. parking will be shared driveway.
