looking for someone to share my two bedroom apartment in san marcos.
you will have your own bedroom and full bathroom.
the complex is modern, pleasant and peaceful with numerous amenities including spacious lobby area, swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbeque area, parking space, social activities, if desired.
one dog is ok for you to bring. i have a miniature poodle. due to allergies, no cats, or dogs that shed a lot.
your rent payment to me is all-inclusive- electric, water, trash, pet rent, cable tv with hd-dvr), netflix, high speed internet, share telephone land line with nationwide unlimited long-distance, your own parking space.
month-to-month tenancy. your bedroom is unfurnished.
must be 55 or over as retirement apartment community, quiet, centrally located near civic center, 78 freeway. i can't get around that age restriction.
privacy- living quarters are separated by living room and a small hallway and situated on opposite sides of the apartment. full access common areas including kitchen and living room.
first and last month's, plus small security deposit. if you have a pet, you will also have to pay not me, but management here, a pet security deposit.
