my name is jeanette and i am looking for a roommate (male or female) to share my 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo with in south san jose (off of snell ave and blossom hill rd). i'm asking for a $500 security deposit, $675 a month in rent, plus half of the monthly utilities.

the condo has a private enclosed yard with wood deck perfect for weekend bbq's. it has newer carpet, updated and remodeled bath, functional kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, built in pantry and a tiled kitchen counter add to the light bright feel of this unit. a garage door provides secured parking with extra storage. washer and dryer located in back of condo unit, is a short walk from yard. located on a greenbelt, this condo exudes with view mountains, close to park and ride, shopping center, movie theater, and many restaurants.

i do own a large dog so i would prefer someone without pets.
