now my housemate who works as a nurse in the hospital (male) and i, we are looking for young professional who can share the last fully furnished bedroom in our apartment.
we have 3 bedrooms and share bathroom and kitchen.
- 15 mins by walk to union and market st
- 15 mins to civic center bart station by bus
38 and 38r are passed the building. fortunately, the bus stop is in front of our apartment, and only 1 block by walk to 24 fitness center on vanness st.
the rental is $1400 (exclude water). we will share the water base on the bill.
security deposit is $1400.
the internet is $23 per month with 25mbps by comcast.
