i have a beautiful top-floor 3-bedroom scouted out at a prime location in telegraph hill. it's a converted 3-bedroom/1bedroom with high ceilings, closets in every room, and extra storage as well. even though it's converted, there is still a living room area with space for a dining table, sofa, tv, etc. the owner also recently updated the apartment with a new gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. it's just been repainted as well. laundry is available in the building, and if you have a car, you can apply for a permit from the city to park right outside the building.i'm 23, work in pr at a start-up, and new to the city. i'm laid back during my down time and enjoy working out, reading, exploring new places, trying out new restaurants. i have one roommate also secured and need another one.
the roommates i'm looking for: young female professionals in her 20s who is financially responsible, mature, drama-free. someone i can become friends with and do things with, but won't be a clinger since i also like my alone time and time with other friends. social drinkers are cool, but no hardcore partiers, smokers or drug users please. oh, you have to have a relatively good credit score as well, otherwise the landlord won't approve you.
the lease would most likely start on july 13, so you would need to be ready to move in then or at least be willing to start paying then. (you would also need to be ready to sign the lease this weekend/early next week, whenever the landlord approves you.)
