our current roommate is moving out at the end of march to move in with his fiance so we need to replace him. we are looking for someone in their late 20's early 30s who is not crazy!about the house
the house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a garage, kitchen, living room and even a real backyard! it is a block from marina blvd and .5 miles from chestnut st. its like most other houses you have ever been in but here are some of the highlights.
washer + dryer in the garage.
gas bbq in the back yard.
dishwasher in the kitchen.
upstairs is a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, half bathroom, dining room (converted into bedroom) and 2 bedrooms in the rear of the house. downstairs is the available room, a full bathroom and the garage (which has the laundry room).
about the room
about the room. it's a larger room (~13 ft x ~26 ft) with southward facing windows overlooking the backyard. there is a full bathroom with a shower right across the hall.
about us
there is a couple 35/m + 30/f who have 2 of the bedrooms in the house. one of the rooms has been converted into an office as they work from home most of the time. one is an engineer for cisco and the other does sales for roche. the 3rd roommate lives in the converted dining room and works in sales for a startup downtown san francisco.
