the room for rent is the master bedroom, which comes with its own private bathroom. square footage is approximately 13 x 11. the rent is $1000, plus we split utilities equally among the roommates. we have sdge, water, and high-speed internet. no cable (because we can do the same with just internet :) utilities average $75 to $100 monthly.
