one of my roommates is moving to north county to be closer to his work, so we're looking for someone to take over his room in our 3br apartment starting asap! the shared space is furnished, but the room will not be. there is a $550 deposit when you move in. there is a balcony where you can see the ocean in a distance!!

utilities include: sdge & internet. we currently have directv with nfl sunday ticket and all of the premiums channels.
