it is a very nice private room and private bathroom with a walk in closet in an apartment with 3 other sdsu students. all females, non smokers and one of the girls owns a very cute bunny. it is in the blvd63 apartments building, a new, modern structure that is built in a resort style. it is very luxurious and a very social atmosphere. the room is private with a nice view of the pool and hot tub. there is a lot of storage space and is really amazing for student living. it comes fully furnished, you just need linen and any other decorative things you want to add. the buildings are full of students and there is always something happening at the pool, sometimes private djs are hired. the girls are very nice and easy to get along with. they are all 21 years old. there is a tv and fully equipped kitchen, a dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer and dryer. the blvd63 occupants and staff are all really friendly and helpful and it has been amazing living here. i feel at home and also feel like my home is a resort because of the style of the apartment area. it is really awesome !
