i'm 23yr old ucsd student. my one-bedroom apartment is looking for a female roommate stay in curtained living room. the living room is spacious (about 110 sq ft) and would be completely private. kitchen and bathroom are shared. there is microwave, stove, refrigerator in kitchen. there is also a nice balcony provided. landuary is easy to acess around apartment.

plenty parking space is available on street near apartment. this apartment
is also very convenient for taking public buses to campus (buses come
every 15 minutes). it's also right next to large markets (henry's, home depot, raphles, target) for grocery shopping. the apartment is surrounded by very nice green quiet environment.

the rent would be $450 which utilities are included (water, electricity, and
internet) there is a deposit fee ($300).

i'd like to keep our area clean (sink, bathroom, shower etc...)so i hope
roommate also is a person would be clean especially within shared areas. i
respect your stuff/boundaries/food & would like the same. female roommate is preferred. no pets please! no smokers please!
