in need of a roommate in beautiful san diego. very close to beaches, mesa college, and the 805 and 8 freeways. nice neighborhood with not a lot of noise. near parks. i'm the daughter of the landlord; me and my mother. we would like someone clean, financially stable and friendly. its a nice room with a bathroom attached, and right across the way from the kitchen. it is sectioned off and away from our rooms. room size is approximately 120sq plus the bathroom, with a walk in shower. internet and all utilities are included in the rent. a pool in the backyard as well. which is always clean and ready for use. it will be $750 for first months rent and an extra $750 for security deposit. the room has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. if you want more pictures of the room or around the house, email me with a response and something about yourself as well. we look forward to hearing back from you. thank you.
