- quiet, safe neighborhood centrally located. right in between mission valley & clairemont - close to everything in san diego. (7 minutes to downtown / gaslamp, 10 minutes to beach, very short drive to shopping) right by the 163 and close to the 805 & 8 freeways.
- large private bedroom (14x10) with big closet + ensuite private bathroom
- house is fully furnished other than your bedroom. however a top of the line serta queen-size air bed is available for use.
- big brand new modern kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom cabinets and drawers for tons of storage and a big granite top island.
- big and very spacious living room area (the pic just shows half of it) and is beautifully furnished

what i'm looking for :
- 1 person only, (no couples, friends, etc.)
- financially stable professional (credit check will be done)
- preferably in their 30s.
- non-smoker
- pays rent and utilities on time
- mature, responsible, clean and respectful
- fun/friendly/laid back/easy to get along with, likes to go out and have a good time, but not bring the party home.
