i own a 3-bedroom condo in scripps ranch, close to the 15 and pomerado/miramar rd exit. i've been renting out one of the bedrooms for the past 3 years. there are no other roommates, and i use the other spare bedroom as my office. the house has 2 living rooms, a 2 car garage, washer/dryer, a large kitchen, and a large patio and a balcony.
i work professionally from home and some outside of the home. i live a healthy lifestyle and i am looking for someone who shares similar values.
