i am a professional and clean law enforcement officer and have a room for rent for 1 person; this is a house that has 4 rooms; currently, there are 1 occupant, myself and another male tenant who is prior military and works and goes to school. month to month lease.- the house is near the wal-mart on 1604 & potranco in the west creek subdivision.�
- it's close to sea world, lackland afb, and northwest vista.

$300 security deposit is required. i can split deposit into first and second months' rent if need be.
