i am looking for a friendly, professional female to take over my lease by the end of the month (february). i live in a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, beautiful home with two other girls who are in their late 20's. the house is 12 minutes from utsa, la cantera, and the rim. it is in a very safe neighborhood, has a great sized yard, a garage, and a wonderful open-space layout downstairs. you would have a private bedroom and share the upstairs bathroom with one of the other girls (clean and respectful of your space and things). the girls love to chat and watch netflix, cook "family meals", and enjoy a glass of wine, however they also are very keen to respect your time and space. the rent is $650 a month + bills (which never exceed $120). please let me know asap if you are interested so we can set up a meeting to meet & see the space!
