the room has a big walk in closet, wooden floors, and direct access to the bathroom. the area is quiet, the community is involved with all events within the area. we do have food catered to us on the weekends and they let us know a day or two in advance. i have free access to the golf course behind the complex. we have a 24hr gym and a great pool area. i also have valet trash come 3 times a week as well. what to expect from me as a roommate is minimal, i pay the water, electricity, and the wifi out my own pocket. i do all the cleaning, cooking but is pretty much open to any and everyone who wants to do so. i have a strict schedule for work so i am gone by 5am to about 6pm on the weekdays. i don’t ask for much and if an issue comes up just talk to me and we’ll figure it out. also, all shopping within the area is about a 15 minute drive away. i do have a washer and dryer in the unit as well.
