i have two separate upstairs bedrooms available. the first is 11 ft by 12 ft with a closet, the second is 16 ft by 11 ft with a walk in closet. the two bedrooms will share both a bathroom and their own semi furnished living room. you will also have access to kitchen, dining room and laundry room which are all down stairs. security alarm system is included. high speed internet and wireless direct tv is available. utilities such as water/waste, electric and trash will be split among members living in the house hold. rough estimate on utilities is around $60 a month per roommate. rent will be $500 per room. a $250 deposit and first months rent will be required prior to move in.i am a 27 year male with a full-time job looking for reliable, organized, responsible drama free roommates.
