the condo is furnished with the exception of your bedroom and includes a washer/dryer, couch, tv, kitchen table, bar stools, piano, rocking chair, and other furnishings. it has upgraded carpet, brushed nickle fixtures, faux wood floor, and faux granite countertops. very modern and nice.
the residence area includes a swimming pool, club house, paved walkway around wetlands and river, and a shared parking port. there is plenty of parking all around as well. great location, by i-15 and i-215, winco (awesome grocery store), mall, and many other great stores/resturants.
