have a great bedroom/bathroom in a beautiful condo a few block from the u and a block from the trax.amenities included:
pool, hot-tub, sauna, bbq area, party lawn, 24-hour maintenance man, netflix, xbox live, central heat/air, high speed internet, cheap laundry down the hall.
super quiet and would rent to male or female
everything was just completely remodeled in this two bedroom/ two bath so the entire place is clean and updated. the condo is ground floor and there is a nice patio in the back (easy move in).
about me: i am 25 and attend the u and will graduate in december with a bachelors in operations management. very low key and professional and looking for someone of the same. i don't put up with drama nor immaturity. if something is not working out then we can have an adult conversation with open minds and come to a compromise. i am really easy going and don't make a big deal out of much.
