we are a middle aged young at heart couple. we are both retired & i'm prior military. we are pretty care free. we are church going & love god. we have a fairly nice home well furnished with an extra large room we would like to rent. it has a single bed with a large cabinet for clothes as well as a closet. it is sparsely furnished but we are open to discuss any additional needs. there is a large wood burning fireplace that takes up 1 wall. it's beautiful but non functioning. we are looking for someone who is responsible, has a steady job or is a student. we are even willing to take a parent with a small child. my wife would be available to help with child care or anything else. we have a crib, pack n play & various other children's items. there are no children living in the home currently we just keep our youngest grandson on occasion. you will need to provide some personal references & possibly some rental history. there is also a $150 deposit. if interested or have any questions we look forward to hearing from you.
