i have a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house in salisbury on 2 acres of land, so it has a nice sized yard. it has a closed in sunporch and the entire house is fully furnished except for the bedroom i am looking to rent out. i am replacing my best friend who is moving out with her daughter into their own place. i currently have 2 people living there, myself who is 27 and my male cousin who is 21. we are both chill and fun and laidback. we both work fulltime and are responsible and respectful. if you would be interested in meeting us and viewing the house, please contact me. i need to fill the spot asap! the rent is $271 per person a month and then we split the power and cable bill 3 ways and go in on food together. you are not looking at anymore than 400.00 per mnth for everything.
