hi everyone, i'm at 29-year old man looking for someone (male or female) interested in sharing a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in salisbury, maryland. i've lived here for 3 years and love it, but am looking for someone to share rent costs. it's in a complex called the greens at schumaker pond, located off of beaglin park drive; the complex has a (small) exercise room, outdoor seasonal pool, lots of green spaces, and lots of parking. the apartment is fully-furnished, except for the second bedroom. the apartment has a small balcony and a washer and dryer. your share of the rent would be $450 a month, plus the monthly gas bill; i'd be paying the remainder of the rent, along with all other utilities (including internet). interested? shoot me an email and learn more!
