i am renting out two upstairs bedrooms and one bathroom in my condo. i am looking for either one or two people to cover the cost of both rooms. i live on the first floor so you will have the entire second floor to yourself. amenities include full access to: washer/dryer, wifi, garage storage space, kitchen, backyard, deck, living room, dining room, 1 off-street parking spot. both rooms unfurnished. one bedroom has a massive walk-in closet - seriously, you could live in it! the owner requires proof of income and a credit check. the neighborhood is located in a family-friendly, secluded spot in s. salem just blocks from minto park and courthouse gym. i work full-time at night so i will most likely not see you much. if you need to move your stuff in before the 1st, we can work something out. ideally looking for 6 month or longer lease.
