hello, dan and heather here. we are looking for a really fun roomate to welcome to our home. we are a moderately clean duo who just moved into our first home. we are renting out one spare bedroom (the other is being turned into an office). the bedroom also comes with it's own bathroom. the room is furnished, so you don't have to worry about a dresser or bed. all utilities are included and you don't have to worry about our dogs. they are both small and really friendly. one thing - no drugs none, nada, and weed/pot/marijuana/k2/etc. is a drug. if this is your thing, that's your choice, but we don't want it here. see you soon!
