hello! i am currently looking for someone who is able to take over my lease for the months of april and may. after that, you can choose to extend throughout the summer, for another year, or whatever suits you. i live in a very large house with numerous other roommates, male and female, ages 18-26. for rent is one of the private bedrooms- 3 windows, space heater, large closet, ample storage. does not come furnished, but there is some spare furniture up in the attic and i would be willing to leave some of mine as well. the house has a large kitchen, free laundry, a tv in the living room, and is on the mill creek. very close to downtown salem and willamette. the people in the house are a ton of fun. i need this room to be taken off my hands asap (march 21-25, preferably). please let me know if you're interested!!!
