i'm a 4th year medical student at slu med. i'm in search of someone to fill a room vacancy. my parents own the building at 4038 laclede; it is a duplex in the cwe/midtown neighborhood. it is just at the edge of slu's north campus, close to the simon rec center and pius library. the address is 4038 laclede ave., st. louis, mo 63108. the building is a duplex with two 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartments. looking for another male roommate to share the upstairs apartment with a second year student. downstairs i live with my wife, who is another ms4. we are all med students so pretty busy and relatively quiet.monthly rent would be $760 to include room rental and utilities ( gas, water, garbage, recycling, electric). each bedroom is large enough for a queen bed, a large desk, and dresser. additionally each bedroom has its own bathroom. it is a nice apartment with hardwood floors, granite counter tops. the unit has its own central heating and a/c, washer and dryer, gas range, fridge, and dishwasher.
